Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the software platforms operated by Yvion Space (“Yvion Space”, “we”, “us”): The Story Maker (thestorymaker.app) and Personal Academy (personalacademy.app). By accessing or subscribing to any of these services, you agree to these terms.

Each product also publishes product-specific terms (for example, credit rules on The Story Maker and plan and trial rules on Personal Academy). Those terms supplement these; where they conflict on a product-specific matter, the product’s terms apply.

Yvion Space provides access to cloud-based software on a subscription, credit, or plan basis. Subscribing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the selected service for its intended purpose. Services are delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Payments for both products are collected, invoiced, and refunded by Yvion Space. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required by law. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the product’s billing settings.

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with platform operation, uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, or using the services in violation of applicable law.

All software, designs, and related intellectual property of the products remain the property of Yvion Space. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, and grant us only the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, Yvion Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the services and cancel at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised review date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services.
