Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments for The Story Maker and Personal Academy are collected, invoiced, and refunded by Yvion Space. Because the two products are sold differently (pay-as-you-go credits and per-seat subscriptions), each has its own refund rules, summarised below. The product’s own published refund policy gives the full detail and prevails for that product.

• You may request a full refund of a purchased credit batch within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no credits from that batch have been used.
• Signup, referral, and other promotional credits, consumed credits, and expired credits are not refundable.
• Credits for a failed or interrupted generation are returned to your balance automatically. This is not a money refund and needs no request.
• Refund requests are reviewed manually, typically within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing dashboard, with no cancellation penalty.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of a payment.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
