Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only
The Story Maker and Personal Academy are cloud software products owned and operated by Yvion Space. They are delivered entirely online. No physical goods, hardware, or printed media are shipped, and no shipping or packaging charges apply.
2. When you get access
- The Story Maker: purchased credits are added to your account balance as soon as your payment is confirmed, and can be used immediately.
- Personal Academy: your plan and seats are activated in your organisation’s workspace as soon as your payment is confirmed.
3. If access doesn’t appear
Payment confirmation can occasionally be delayed by your bank or payment provider. If your purchase isn’t reflected in your account shortly after a successful payment, contact us with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.
